My son had is haircut there yesterday, it was so uneven and when brought to the attention of the woman who cut she wanted to get rude about the way it was cut and get short with us when asked to correct it and make it even. We ended up leaving taking him somewhere with better manners and ethics on paying customers and how to do proper haircuts.

Had a girl named Erin cut my hair. She did an awesome job.

I took my two grandsons to have their haircut. The service was great. The only thing that was bad was an employee named Desiree that was really rude to other employees going so far as to tell another customer that the other employee was a liar. I don't think that one employee should be talking about another one like that I think it looks bad on the business. If she had a problem she should of talked to the employee and worked it out not brought it to the floor.

My stylist always did the best! So I married her!! Now I never have to worry about a bad cut. 😘😘

Great experience. Had my hair cut 2 days prior to going to great clips. The stylist at another place messed up my hair and Cassandra at great clips fixed it! She did an awesome job and I love it. I will definitely go to her next time I need a haircut. Thank you so much.

Rude. Customer service is definitely not a goal for the lady we had. Will never go back to this location, we will go out of our way to drive to the Smyrna location at our previous home where they are all professional and Courteous.

Disappointed. Tried to take my son to get his haircut because we had a great experience last time. This time they can only let one parent go in with the kid and the other has to wait in the car. There is no logical thinking behind that rule. It's time to grow up. Just be closed due to Covid-19 or be open.

Jasmin of manchester did a great job cutting and styling my hair! I am so happy with it! The only downfall to my experience there was catty women working there not being as nice as they should to my hair stylist. But I am 100% happy with my hair!

Does not deserve even a 1 star. The girl that cut my husbands hair needs to get different employment. It is terribly pathetic. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When you ask for a certain cut they should know what they are doing. He told her I would not be happy and that is an understatement. I can’t cut hair but I could have done a better job than this. 😭😳. Wish I could tell you the girls name but can’t.

I want to thank Mendy for a great experience and a great hair cut. I've been getting Marine corps high and tights for 25 years now and it's hard to find someone who actually knows what they are doing and can do it well and not spend an hour on a 5 min hair cut. I live in Tampa but I will make it a point to get my hair cut with Mendy again someday, thank you for my haircut I would definitely recommend asking for her when you get your hair done!! 💯
